Jim has been the Executive Director of the Windsor Construction Association (WCA) since 1997. Prior to his current position at the WCA, he worked as the Commercial Development Manager at the Windsor-Essex Development Commission where he promoted the area’s commercial development. Jim has plenty of labour relations experience and he advises employers on an ongoing basis during negotiations and grievance consultations. In addition to serving on the OCS Board since 2016, he also acts as a Trustee on several different Pension and Benefit trust plans.

During his time on the OCS Board Jim has enjoyed seeing the collaboration of Labour, Management, and Government in enhancing Ontario’s ICI construction sector. He is fascinated by the complex nature of the industry and is always excited to learn something new. Outside of work, Jim is a classic car enthusiast and golfer, he also loves to watch his Detroit Lions and Detroit Red Wings in his free time.
